Carlton Industries Pty Limited manufactures, markets and distributes a range of timber beds and associated bedroom furniture. It also undertakes flat panel (curtain) coating, CNC routing, joinery and cabinet work, manufacture of office furniture, and large-format screen printing. The company was incorporated in February 2003 and was originally a division of Carlton Kids Beds Pty Limited.

Carlton Kids Beds itself (known previously as Carlton Car Beds) has been building quality children’s novelty beds for approximately 12 years. The business has grown from a small operation in an equally small shed in the Sydney suburb of Carlton - hence the name. It now occupies a large clear-span factory (approximately 2,200 square metres or 23,760 square feet), in the Bankstown Airport complex, in Sydney, Australia

In January 2005, Carlton Industries commenced producing a comprehensive range of quality Australian-made timber beds and associated bedroom furniture. This is now a major part of our overall business.
