Have a Holzher Sprint 1310 computerised
edge banding machine. This is capable
of handling PVC edge banding up to 2mm
in thickness.
It is relatively new, semi-automatic
and quite sophisticated. It is computer
controlled, very accurate and automatically
trims the sides and docks both ends
accurately as the components move along
the conveyor belt.

Can groove a T-mould slot using our
NC Router or a spindle moulder. We can
then insert the T-mould using:

Have over many years developed skill
and expertise in applying T-mould to
our children’s beds and bedroom
furniture

Can use a wide-range
of T-mould colours and even have our own
T-mound manufactured for us so as to meet
Australian Standard AS2010. This standard
relates to food contact grade PVC and
enables us to meet the British and European
Standard (BS:EN 1725:1998 - Beds and Mattresses)
for T-moulded children’s beds and
furniture such as ours. |

up to 1130mm wide panels
