Workshop Space and Capacity

A very large, good quality, clear-span workshop - approximately 2200 square metres - in which to undertake major projects. This large space gives us a decided commercial advantage over our competition as far as taking on large jobs is concerned. Time-and-time again, we have successfully taken on large jobs that would have proven extremely difficult, if not impossible, for smaller joineries and finishing shops to undertake.

Flat Panel (Curtain) Coating

	A flat-panel or curtain coating machine capable of coating large panels - maximum of 1200mm wide and up to 3 metres in length. However, we prefer a maximum size of 1200mm wide x 2400mm in length.

	Our curtain coating machine, in turn, is housed in a large specialised, dust free, curtain coating room (12 metres long x 6 metres wide x 3 metres high). We are to apply a number of finishes including paints, lacquers (both Nitro-cellulose and Pre-catalysed – one pack and two pack) as well as other coatings and finishes as required.

	*Note:* Our capacity and capability to undertake large jobs and to meet quality standards as well as tight time schedules has meant that flat-panel coating is rapidly becoming a major part of our business. This means that as well as producing flat panels for shop-fitting etc we are able to completely finish them ready for installation/erection.

Summary

With our specialised equipment, large workshop space, experienced and skilled staff as well as our flat-panel coating capacity we are able to undertake small, medium or large-scale combination joinery and finishing jobs. This we have proven we can do within time and to the required standard.
