Have a sophisticated semi-automatic, large-format, European made, screen-printing press. This is one of only a small number of its type, operating in Australia. We acquired the machine so as to be able to carry-out specialist, large-format screen printing on our children’s beds.

Are able to screen print up to a printable area of 2400mm x 1100mm on a 2400mm x 1200mm panel.

Can undertake large-format screen printing in relatively large runs. We have substantial area available in our large workshop which enables us to take on the larger jobs without too much worry about space.

Carry out the majority of work within our premises.

Prepare, develop, wash-out and re-use our own large screens.

Are able to ensure that our screen printing inks adhere to melamine-coated particle board. This is an expertise we have developed over the years.

Have our own qualified screen printer and an assistant.
